CLIP EdiRegle permits creation, modification and printing of physical activities regulations, according to "But / Contraintes / Conventions" structure (Goal, Restraints, Agreements).
A very complete help file explains these different notions and diverse processes for creation and evolution of a rules system, for pedagogical use. 
Some regulations are proposed as examples (Team sports, adapted team sports, traditional games and created games ).
